Do you sell to the general public?
We are manufacturer and Designer who only sell to approved retailers. As of now we are not selling our products directly to the consumers.
How can I setup a wholesale account?
The easiest way is to click the link below:

Please be prepared to provide your business information including your sales tax ID. Once we have verified your business, we will activate your account.
Why is my account disabled?
It is our policy to verify your business before granting access. This typically takes less than one business day. If you find that after 24 hours your account is still not active, please contact us at customerservice@landbapparel.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Most international orders are processed through the USPS, however we can also ship via UPS upon request.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, there is an option when checking out at www.landbapparel.com to select pick up. If ordering through another site, please make a note on the order, or call us at 214-850-1109 and let us know that you would like to pick up your order. We will hold orders for up to one week.
How fast can you ship my order?
If your order is placed by 5:00 pm CST we can typically ship it the same business day. Any orders placed after 5:00 pm CST will ship the following business day.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
You may give us a call or text at 214-850-1109 or email us at customerservice@landbapparel.com. Please include a picture of the damaged item. We will issue a call tag for you and issue a credit once the item is received.
What does “Pre-order item” mean?
A pre-order item is currently in production and we have a estimated date of arrival. We will charged for the preorder item once the merchandise is ready to ship.
