Do you sell to the general public?

We are a wholesale company and only sell to qualified retailers currently.

How can I setup a wholesale account?

Please be prepared to provide your business information including your sales tax ID. Once we have verified your business, we will activate your account.

Why is my account disabled?

It is our policy to verify your business before granting access. This typically takes less than one business day. If you find that after 24 hours your account is still not active, please contact us at customerservice@landbapparel.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Most international orders are processed through the USPS, however we can also ship via UPS upon request.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, there is an option when checking out at landbapparel.com to select pick up. If ordering through another site, please make a note on the order, or call us at 972-243-7860 or 469-600-0559 and let us know that you would like to pick up your order. We will hold orders for up to one week.

How fast can you ship my order?

If your order is placed by 5:00pm CST we can typically ship it the same business day. Any orders placed after 5:00pm CST will ship the following business day.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

You may give us a call at 469-600-0559 or email us at customerservice@landbapparel.com. Please include a picture of the damaged item. We will issue a call tag for you and issue a credit once the item is received.

What does “Preorder item” mean?

A preorder item is currently in production and we have a estimated date of arrival. We will notify you once we have received the product to verify shipping information. You will not be charged until we confirm to ship the merchandise.
