Refund/Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of goods. Please log into your account and submit a return request through your original order for item(s) you are wanting credit for. We will issue a return call tag for you to return the merchandise to L&B. All return requests will be authorized or declined within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise. Please contact your sales rep or email with any questions regarding returns/exchanges. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
