All Sales Final / Return Policy
If for any reason merchandise necessitates a return, please contact Lucky & Blessed for a Claim Tag within 14 Days of receiving shipment.
Within 14 days of receiving shipment:
Non-Damaged items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee
Damaged items will NOT be subject to a 10% restocking fee
Outside of 14 days of receiving shipment:
Claims will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for the return label/shipping cost for merchandise. Purchaser will receive a store credit for outstanding merchandise, to be used on future purchases.
All product will not be accepted after one month of purchase date.
Special Conditions Required
- All Merchandise- Required to have Product tags
- Accessories- Required original bag and/or cardboard attached
- Shipping is calculated not based on the invoice for a standard rate. Shipping charges are based on included but not limited to, Weight, Box width and height, and Shipping distance.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, all returns are sole responsibility of the customer and these returns can be shipped back via any reliable shipping carrier.
Non-Requested Return Items
- All merchandise not requested and/or authorized for return will be returned to the address stated on the shipping label.
All Sales Final
- Merchandise or Online Listings that Include and/or State “ALL SALES FINAL” are not refundable and are not exchangeable.
